I am going to Cannes

I am leaving for Cannes in Southern France on Wednesday! It is part of my job but I am quite excited!
I have been to Nice before, but never been to Cannes. Has anybody been there? If yes, please let me know good places to visit there!

Wow, are you going to the Cannes International Film Festival? ^-^

How nice! The French Riviera is perhaps one of the most beautiful places to relax and have some fun.

If ever you're going to the film festival, do you already have an itinerary of movies to watch?

Recently I watched some Japanese short films at an Eiga-ka held in a shopping mall here in Manila. I'm a fan of low-budget but interesting and groundbreaking films. I prefer Asian films than Hollywood releases because the culture, portrayal, and choice of stories are closer to my heart.

You feel sore all over your body dancing "Nihon buyo" last Friday, isn't it? I'm quite impressed that you're going on a long trip to the other side of the world. Now, would you mind if I ask you what your job is and what you will do there?

One of our relatives work as a domestic helper at Nice.Anyway, I hope these URL's would help you know where to go at Cannes:

Ingat po kayo**!

(**Take care. Usualy, if you are talking to someone of your age, you would say: Ingat ka. But since I am addressing it to someone who was born years ahead of me, then I am obliged to use the phrase "po" to show repect. "Po" makes the expression more polite.

When are you coming back?
I've been waiting for you to renew the blog for a thousand years.

My grandson Yuuki-kun is growing day by day. I think a grandchild is generally cuter than a child like my father said before.

Write to you again.
